Sourcing Philosophy
All our coffee beans are from Peru and are 100% organic. We pride ourselves on ensuring you we deliver you the highest quality of beans. We recently followed the “coffee route” in Jaen, Tabaconas and Palmapampa in the rural area of Cajamarca where we had the opportunity to visit coffee farms run and operated completely for women.
Building Relationships
We conducted an informal agronomy audit traveling to the area of Jaen, it was also a great opportunity to establish relationships with the women operating and running the coffee farms. They are hard-working women with their principal goal to feed their kids, provide education and other opportunities to to their families.
Roasting Process
Green coffee of the highest quality requires great craftsmanship. Thriving to obtain the perfect taste profile experimenting with roast levels, aroma and flavors.
